Role Overview:

We are looking for a Market Analyst & Product Lead to work within our US research team, helping to manage and develop one of our core US products, US Navigator—a monthly, state-level, category view of beverage alcohol performance across all 50 US States. The role is based in the US where we operate in a fully remote work environment.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary knowledge base and contact for all aspects of US Navigator outputs, including processes, documentation, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee data collection and audits to ensure timely, accurate, and complete data.
  • Coordinate with process-step owners and track deliverables to meet key milestones.
  • Identify and communicate risks to delivery and product quality proactively.
  • Maintain understanding of escalation paths, decision-makers, and key project milestones.
  • Liaise with clients on deliverables and product inquiries.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal teams (market analysis, data, tech, and commercial) to optimize methodologies and product features.
  • Support Sales in product pitches, client onboarding, and training sessions.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of complex data.
  • Strong data literacy, with data reshaping/manipulation skills.
  • Strong analytical writing skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Clear thinker with proven ability to articulate complex issues into simple messages.
  • Highly organized, able to manage your time efficiently while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong track record of delivering projects on time and to high quality standards.
  • Excellent IT skills – Advanced Excel; MS Power BI would be an advantage.
  • A motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, informal and friendly environment.
  • Qualifications to degree level, with 3-5 years’ work experience. Knowledge of the beverage alcohol industry would be an advantage.
